Jackie comes to see me to give me support in learning to self catheterise. She is extremely friendly, sensitive to my concerns and worries, talks things through with me without rushing me, She made me feel comfortable and I could ask her any questions. During the process she gives me reassurance and confidence to be able to do this independently. Jackie is very patient and encouraging. She’s really helping me move forward and I am very grateful.

Jackie Parker What a find! We found Jackie as a suitable replacement for Urinary advice and support. From the start she was most concerned about my husband's welfare and quietly determined to find a solution that would enable him to succeed throughout the process. She showed an open mind and unlimited patience from the start. Her integrity inspired confidence. Her patience and most professional attitude has found us in a much better situation to continue to live our lives fully and with confidence. We found her to be a credit to her profession and will forever be grateful we found her.

Her mannerisms made me feel very comfortable. She gave me confidence where i had nerves! She ecplained everything so well that it made the practical side to things very quick, easy and not at all how embarrassing i thought it would be.
